I heard that Trump "fought or disagreed" with those who demanded his return of documents, and Obama, Pence. Biden et al. did NOT, therefore Trump needs to go to jail. BUT, I also thougth that technically, a POTUS COULD remove and/or declassify documents, while a Sec. State, US Senator or US VP did NOT have that authority. Therefore, NOTHING can legally/technically spare Biden from his Federal Crime. Am I missing something besides the obvious?

What the country needs is an apolitical, independent psychiatric examination of Biden. And the report of same needs to be shared in full, unredacted, with the American people. Let the people decide.
