Lets just say she's the Michael Jordan of women's basketball. From what I know about her she works at practicing her game probably as hard as Michael did and seems to elevate the play of her teammates as he did. As my Aussie friends would say, "Good on 'ya, Caitlin."

The first thing that came to my mind when reading the title to this post was, "At what?" After reading it, I came to the conslusion that the comparison would be better with Larry Byrd, because he really wasn't known for his vertical leaping ability, but was a very canny player and could shoot the lights out. Also, white. Question is, can she get into the heads of her opponents like Larry? He was legendary for trash talking while beating anyone trying to guard him like a red-headed stepchild.

Larry Bird was a white guy who could outplay anyone which earned him much respect around the league. Kinda like Michael she doesn't say much but lets her play do all the talking.

Gosh, Glenn: I surely hope you didn't jinx her like SI writing about her would do! She still needs a Championship! It's going to be tough to top SC, I think, but I would LOVE to see Iowa do it.

Someone once said a few hours ago: "This woman is a joy to watch."

Amen.

But...according to NPR: Male athletes have no advantages over women.

March 27, 2023; NPR Says There’s ‘Limited Scientific Evidence’ Biological Men Have Advantage Over Women in Sports

"NPR recently ran a news article about how the World Athletics Council, the governing body for international track and field competitions, will henceforth prohibit biological males who “identify” as females from competing in women’s sports.

“At the center of the issue is whether transgender women athletes have a physical advantage over other female competitors, even after lowering their testosterone levels,” NPR reported. “But there is limited scientific research involving elite transgender athletes—which the council also acknowledged.”"

So Glenn, I guess we're gonna have to alter reality on this one.

You go first.

I hope you and yours had a splendid national day of transvestites on the 31st.

Women should compete with women and men with men. Maybe they should start a transvestite league and give these clowns a place to compete. What always gets me is that many of these phony women can't hack it in mens competition so they go to the woman's side to become heroes or is it heroines? That's why Riley Gaines is fighting against this travesty.

Riley is a warrior. Every woman should have her back, but they don’t

And we will see Riley Gaines standing there looking at her fellow lady competitors expressing a sincere dumbfounded look on her face once again.

Sad.

As I recall, M.J. would engage in the "in your face" OH YEAH, SO'S YOUR FATHER! back-and-forth. Ms. Clark seems to have all that nonsense tucked away. I saw Ms. Reese trying to get a rise out of Ms. Clark in their recent matchup, but she failed. As a team, Ms. Clark got a lot of help from Ms' Marshall, Stuelke, O'Grady, and Martin (Kate Martin deserves a NCAA purple heart for the physical abuse she received from LSU's best on her way to 21 points). That shows Clark’s willingness to assist.

And coach Mulkey, if you're going to purposefully miss the national anthem, there'd better be several ambulances involved.

I appreciate her ability and her work ethic. She will always be on top wherever she plays, except in the NBA. I don't care how quick, fast, whatever, she will be eating leather when she tries to shoot a 3 pointer in the NBA.

But will Caitlin look as good in a wedding dress as Dennis Rodman?

Love the piece and am not arguing anything here. Michael is great, so is Caitlin. So is Curry.

Best all around in the modern era? Larry Legend; he employed his whole team while talking nice trash to opponents(you have to watch those videos). The '86 Celtics would beat any other team outside of Russell's Celtics, me thinks.
