5th and 7th grade reading skills? I didn't realize (laughing) that they had risen so high. As to abortion, in a country overrun with contraceptive choices we have oodles of women too stupid to know how to use them and they want the rest of us to PAY for their personal doofus? Agree with Glenn.

Glenn, you’re being a bit dyspeptic today. Things will get better.

"Speaking of Republicans, they’ve recently agreed to a deal with Democrats to use more taxpayer money to pay people who can’t afford to care for children and are too stupid to figure out The Pill, the rhythm method, condoms, IUDs, abstinence, sterilization, or the word “no” or even the words “I have a headache” to . . . have children."

Absolute brilliance!

Excellent article, thank you. Why don't you run for Congress? Colorado desperately needs you. Most of our contingent have all gone Californian.

I believe Glenn should have started out this essay with a land acknowledgement statement because, after all, we all occupy lands that were once held by indigenous persons who may have regarded this ground as sacred.

Your analytical skills are in fine fettle this morning. However, I fear your prognosticating skills are, forgive me, lacking. You seem to think that the children of the invading hordes coming across our southern border are going to matriculate to "public schools." Sorry, they will simply add to the already overwhelming cohort of illiterate feral denizens of the inner cities. Of course, that presumes there will be something like a distinction between "inner" and other parts of our cities. At the rate things are deteriorating, most cities will resemble the dystopian urban hellscapes depicted in John Carpenter's films, "Escape From New York" and "Escape From Los Angeles." If the children of these invaders (remembering that most of them are single, military-age and unattached men) attend any school, they will do so only as occupants, not students. They will learn nothing, either good or bad because they will be preoccupied with survival. Nonetheless, I think that you yourself know better than to worry about the future of our jet airliners, based on your closing observation proclaiming your desire to bail oo only as occupants, not students. They will learn nothing, either good or bad because they will be preoccupied with survival. Nonetheless, I think that you yourself know better than to worry about the future of our jet airliners, based on your closing observation proclaiming your desire to bail out of our crashing culture. You know how this ends, unless a stop is put to it immediately. Your crashing airliner analogy is very apt. Once the airliner reaches a certain point, its continued flight is out of the question. The airliner known as The United States of America is nose-down in a flat spin that, barring miraculous intervention no amount of correction in the cockpit is going to salvage. I'm praying for a miracle.ut of our crashing culture. You know how this ends, unless a stop is put to it immediately. Your crashing airliner analogy is very apt. Glenn, I recall your asking me not long ago whether I were optimistic about ANYTHING. Well, thanks for categorically running through all the possibilities here! 😃

Have faith…the God of Abraham/Sinai, Yeshua and 1776, yes 1776, after empirically evidencing existence with the Convergence Matrix will make His presence known in no uncertain terms before the November election.

Take a walk through history in 250 year steps starting in 70AD and the fall of the 2nd Temple then ask yourself ‘what are the chances you would step on Muhammad’s 570AD year of birth and exactly 1250 years later the birth of Marx enabler Engels two years after Marx’? Without going into detail suffice it to say the history of western civilization is squeezed in between the two. Sound familiar?

For decades historians and theologians have considered the birth of Abraham in 1948 Judaic and the birth of Israel in 1948 Gregorian to be a mere coincidence. I know the conclusion is erroneous in that the matrices have continued to expand to this very day…and are accurate in a way that removes all doubt as to the author.

The final confrontation between good and evil has begun…pitting those who adhere to the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” against those who do not; the false religion of human intellectual arrogance, Marxianity, posing as a political ideology in and utterly incongruous alliance with a political ideology, Islam posing as a religion…with both seeking to destroy the United States so as to destroy Israel.

It really is that simple.

Islamists and their neo-Marxist allies have no idea what is coming.

Glenn, have we forgotten American and World history? Americans have survived and later flourished the U.S. Civil War, dust bowls, WWI and WWII, Jimmy Carter, Barack Hussein Obama, the Chi-Nah flu, 3 years of Biden tyranny, and occasional diarrhea.

There is one thing that concerns me.

The repeal of the 2nd Amendment.

The argument will center around "it's for the greater good", of course.

In short, if they tell you that you don't need a gun, you'd better get a long one and a short one and then learn how to use them with confidence. Don't be a subject. Be a citizen.

I hear ya. Fortunately for us and the country, there are so many guns out there at this point that it's impossible for the government to round them all up, especially from the people who want to keep them. Come to think of it, maybe we should hope they try. The outcome would be that only conservatives will have guns.

In many ways, I think it is very useful to hear challenges to the 2nd Amendment by our elected officials. You know they’re thinking about it; it's revealing when they actually think that they can abolish it.

There is no mistaking which ones are enemies of the Constitution when they seek to abolish the only part of the Constitution that protects the entire Constitution.

The small-minded folks in favor of disarming law-abiding citizens on the premise of eliminating gun violence are under the false impression that they will be left alone to prosper in their new “gun-free” utopia.

A good part of their motivation is that they simply dislike people who own guns. They would be surprised, however, to learn how many of their friends and neighbors do.

It's not because they're too stupid or unimaginative to come up with a new smear, they use "racism" because it works. The accused clams up and slinks away when they should stand up to it, demand explanation - or my favorite, tell them, "go egh yourself". Even better, "EGH yo' mama"

The question is whether Captain Trump and his new First Officer VEEP will have coattails long and strong enough to pull enough constitutional conservatives along into Congress to be able to pull this Boeing ‘76 out of its current nosedive.

Recently I watched Alfred Hitchcock's "Vertigo", which was filmed in the San Francisco of 1958, before the counter-culture took over and the city was probably at its peak. Who wouldn't want to live there? If only the citizens of 1958 could see how the city would decline over the next 66 years to the point where the criminals and homeless own the streets and pedestrians have to constantly dodge human feces.
